The Behavioural Standards Panel only deals with specific complaints about elected council members as defined by the Local Government Act 1999 (the Act).

What is the type of alleged behaviour your complaint relates to under section 262E of the Act? *



Has the council member failed to comply with a process, provision or requirement under a council's behavioural management policy?


Has the council member failed to comply with an agreement following a council's dispute or conflict resolution process?


Has the council member failed to comply with a council requirement following an inquiry—such as an apology or undertaking specific training—under section 262C(1) of the Act?



Is this the council member's second or subsequent failure to comply with the Behavioural Standards or a council’s adopted behavioural support policy?


Has the council, or a person authorised by the council, taken steps to address the behaviour, and has specific action been required of, or agreed by, the council member in accordance with the council’s behavioural management policy?


Has the council member failed to comply with the health and safety duties under section 75G of the Act?
